Musical snakebite, anyone? Edinburgh's The Asps tip the scale
We spoke to The Asps in Edinburgh, ahead of the release of their debut EP, All The Wrong Idols. The EP's just out (27th February, 2010), following its launch with Big Sur Studios at the Electric Circus in Edinburgh.
Jonny McGowan and Paul Dourley from the band joined us in our rather swish apartment overlooking the beautiful city, courtesy of

.
The upbeat, indie-rock five-piece claim to have known each other 'forever'. After forming in 2007, they've gone on to perform gigs throughout Edinburgh, and are regulars on the city's massive music scene.
The band are all set to play their first festival, Haddow Fest, the self-proclaimed first festival of its kind in Scotland's capital. Taking the city by storm on 28th March, the festival will see 75 bands perform in 12 venues, in 24 hours.
The Asps will join the likes of The 10:04's, We Were Promised Jetpacks, and The Nine Black Alps at venues like The Bongo Club and Electric Circus.
