Artist & Band Interviews
LATEST INTERVIEWS
Matti Roots
DMG had the pleasure of catching up with MOBO.com's One To Watch, Matti Roots, and asking him about everything from his new album Beatroots to people who frown on Katy Perry.
Ed Warby (Hail of Bullets)
There were frowns this week in London when Ed Warby and co cancelled their only UK date of 2011 at short notice, thankfully, Ed and the boys have produced some fine music to keep the masses' thirst quenched and gave DMG a great interview to keep the conversation flowing!
Dan Gapen (Lazarus AD)
Lazarus AD have certainly been making heads turn in the DMG offices, with their new album Black Rivers Flow on course to make the band household names, and their first ever UK tour in the process with Bonded By Blood. Vocalist and Guitarist Dan Gapen told us all about it.

Geva Alon
DMG had a drink with Geva Alon and tried to Get Closer to what makes him tick.
Brock Lindow (36 Crazyfists)
From fishing in the Kenai Peninsula to headline tours around the world, it might not have always been easy for 36 Crazyfists, but unlike most surviving acts today they've earned their stars and stripes the hard way. DMG caught up with vocalist Brock Lindow for a chat.
Chris Fox (SYNT/Flesh and Blood Robot)
Chris Fox is vocalist for US deathcore band See You Next Tuesday, who have been on an indefinate hiatus since October 2009, while debts are repaid and members focus on their alternative projects. DMG recently secured this interview with the frontman to find out just what is going on!
Richie Ranno (Starz)
In the heydey of KISS and Aerosmith, before the likes of Queen and David Bowie had broken the American markets, Starz were a influencing force to be reckoned with. Shockingly, it's rather bizarre how little of their legacy is known, seeing as they were an influence on everyone from Danger Danger to Motley Crue. Here DMG gets the sincere pleasure of an exclusive interview with their guitarist (and KISS fan) Richie Ranno.
Dez Fafara (Devildriver)
From Nu Metal to Thrash, there's not much Dez Fafara hasn't seen, he's shocked a monkey with Ozzy Osbourne and spoke about God with Nikki Sixx. All this, and his own son has provided backing vocals on a Devildriver album, DMG recently met him in Newcastle for a quick chat.
65daysofstatic's Rob Jones
65daysofstatic drummer Rob Jones gives us an insight into the Sheffield-based band's hectic 2010.
Iyaz
There's nothing DMG likes better than chilling with internationally renowned pop stars and Iyaz is no exception!
Devlin
DMG sat down with Devlin and tried to figure out who was really 'Brainwashed'.
Karma To Burn: Daniel Davies
After month's of speculation, DMG can confirm, that Daniel Davies is in fact the newest member of the band. We spoke to him at Sonisphere ahead of the group's Friday night set in Bohemia.
While She Sleeps
Sheffield melodic metallers While She Sleeps are aiming to hit a saturated underground market hard and fast - DMG caught up with them at Sonisphere - and believes they have what it takes.
