Arctic Monkeys announce third album

The Arctic Monkeys have released details of their new album, to be released on 24th August 2009.

Humbug, which was produced by Josh Homme and James Ford, will feature 10 brand new Arctic Monkeys' songs.

Fans can now pre-order the album in bundle form, with a collectible, limited edition poster, from the band's website.

The band, who will be headlining the Reading and Leeds Festivals in August and playing the following shows over the summer, have also announced four new shows in the US in August:
