Fratellis for teenage cancer trust shows

Earlier this week Muse revealed they would be headlining one of the gigs at the Royal Albert Hall, and now The Fratellis and Paul Weller have been officially announced.

This year's comedy night will be headlined by Noel Fielding.

The line-up is currently as follows:

APRIL
9 Noel Fielding & guests
10 Paul Weller, Steve Cradock, Duffy
11 The Fratellis, Figure 5 & guests
12 Muse & guests

The Fratellis have meanwhile cancelled dates on their US tour, blaming exhaustion.

After performing at California's Coachella festival last week, the band cancelled all shows up to 13th May. This includes dates in Sacramento, Salt Lake City, Denver and Arizona.

Barry Fratelli told the Daily Record: "I'm afraid we're knackered, plain and simple, and need some time to recharge.

"We love playing gigs, we are not in the habit of cancelling shows unless there is no other choice and unfortunately this is the case."

The band will be appearing at Radio 1's Big Weekend in May, and will return to the US in July.

The Fratellis are also confirmed to play at this years T In The Park festival in Balado, Kinross (near Glasgow) on Saturday 12th July.
