Last Shadow Puppets to play both Reading and Leeds

Alex Turner and Miles Kane of The LSPs will perform their debut LP 'The Age of the Understatement' on the NME/Radio One Stage at both Reading and Leeds this summer. The duo will perform between Conor Oberst and The Cribs on the August 22nd at Leeds, and are set to perform on August 24th at Reading.

The highly regarded August Bank Holiday weekend festivals will be headlined by The Killers, Metallica and Rage Against The Machine. All tickets have already sold out, for what promises to be a long, music-packed summer weekend.

The Last Shadow Puppets is a side project of Sheffield's Alex Turner - who is of Arctic Monkeys fame. He is joined by Miles Kane - from Liverpool band The Rascals.
