Renowned for his early-American love song ardour, Michael Bublé started his career singing a range of well known classics from 'Feeling Good' to 'Me And Mrs. Jones'. Now, on the brink of his fourth studio album, we get to see what the real Michael Bublé is all about.

Branching out from his sample-clad comfort zone, 'Haven't Met You Yet' is Mr Bublé's own piece of musical affection. Jovial from the start, it's quick, cheerful disposition catches its unexpecting listener off guard. It's catchy air is established immediately, and although it's not unheard of for Bublé, his quirky ability is usually more progressive.

The narrative is everything you'd expect a love song to be; heartfelt and bog standard. Not necessarily a bad thing, Bublé has taken the advice of his seniors and has written a song he knows is going to get public appeal. In a nut shell, Bublé is holding out for a love he's never met, but he's hopeful, so it's therefore going to happen - someday. Cynics need not listen.

Bringing the track together is his extremely talented vocal chords. A slick undertone and swing-like quality make this a fascinating listen. Ok, so this is just another love song, and yes, the pessimists amongst us might never take a second glance. However, in successfully paralleling emotion with such vibrancy, Michael Bublé creates a love song that is far from overwhelming in its expression. Something that within this specific genre, is very hard to do.
