Unashamedly loud with a huge and intense sound, 'Knees, Toes, Teeth' is the musical equivalent of shouting from the rooftop. The Ghost of a Thousand have arrived!

The second single from their critically acclaimed album, New Hopes New Demonstrations, 'Knees, Toes, Teeth' is a straight up rock and roll track. It is the band doing what they love and making the sort of music that they love listening too. As vocalist Tom Lacey says " this is our religion, without it we'll never know…!"

Musically however, the track isn't breaking any generic boundaries and whilst technically solid, the band is tracing steps previously trodden by their forerunners. But by playing it safe, 'Knees, Toes, Teeth', is likely to help bolster the fan base the band garnered whilst playing some of the country's biggest festivals this summer.

For a track which lasts less than 3 minutes, The Ghost of a Thousand, have packed 'Knees, Toes, Teeth' with everything an awesome rock track should contain. Guitar riffs a-plenty, a solid drum line and a real sense of the fury, which continually drives the track onwards.
