With a line-up boasting the likes of Children of Bodom, Fear Factory, and Twisted Sister, Bloodstock Open Air has confirmed the final additions to its bill.
Friday night will be closed by Swedish prog-metal superstars Opeth, who also headlined the festival back in 2008.
"We're pretty excited about coming back to play [the festival]," states frontman Mikael Åkerfeldt. "I'm honoured to play; it will be intimidating and emotional ... I will be thinking about Dio, that's for sure."
The Bloodstock Open Air metal festival will take place at Catton Hall, Derbyshire from 12th to 15th August 2010.
